My classes are energetic, demanding and detailed, decidedly focused on breath as rhythm and principles of alignment. While helping you progress from week to week, I will challenge you into discovering not only your hidden potential but also your personal approach yoga; heart, mind or body-oriented, it is your own yoga.  I look forward to getting the best out of my students, and I demand them as much as I demand to my own self. But no fears, whether you haven’t seen your toes in a while or are a super ninja-yogi(ni), I adjust my classes to varying levels of competency and give personalised feedback, everything in a light-hearted atmosphere, with a lot of humour and a tad of badass-ness.

Vinyasa

If you love to sweat, come here!  Flow through dynamic sequences of postures as you move with your breath. This class not only aims to strengthening and toning the muscles, but also challenges you to maintain a smooth and controlled breath. With some arm balances and inversions, Vinyasa class builds on your strength and stamina, whilst maintaining calmness in body and mind throughout the practice.

 
 

Yin

Yin explores the body's subtle energies with long, deep stretching that focuses on the connective tissues around joints, clears energetic blockages, enhances circulation, and cultivates a peaceful and meditative mind. Based on sitting or lying postures, this class concentrates on the area of the hips and sacrum, release stress and tension throughout the entire body, creating structural and mental balance.

Hatha

Back to basics with this one, yet not less challenging. Understand and experience each posture in detail, in order to advance in your practice. This static practice of long hold asana, with a heavy focus on alignment and breath is a perfect conditioning to tone the muscles and awaken the body and the mind.

Anusara Flow

One of my favorites! Anusara means "flowing with grace". This Anusara inspired flow emphasizes a set of Universal Principles of Alignment which underlie all of the physical asanas and the philosophical aspects of the practice. This class is lighthearted and fun, yet challenging. With the intensity of vinyasa and accurate alignment work, this class will make you sweat while deepening the level of awareness on your practice.

PRIVATE CLASSES are a great way to deepen your practice in a sequence specially designed for you. You will enjoy unlimited asana adjustment throughout the entire class while addressing your individual and specific yoga needs. Benefit of faster improvement and progress than in a regular class.

POLICY

In order to secure your spot, please sign up online for every class HERE.

Please show up at least 10 minutes before class, so that you have time to get changed, have some tea and decompress. Classes start ON TIME.

All classes are taught in ENGLISH.

PACKAGES are very flexible, you get 6 months to go through them. If for any reason you couldn’t get through all your classes within their validity period, you can take a new package and transfer your expired classes into that one. Packages are not refundable, transferable nor extendable.

Right in the heart of Zürich, our 80m2 room has the best yoga material in town (JadeYoga mats, 3minute eggs, cork blocks, straps, Manduka blankets and bolsters), two changing cabins, warm tea, nuts, nature candies, and a lovely atmosphere for a max of 20 yoginis and yogis.
