Although inversions can seem intimidating, the alignment cues for practicing them are actually quite accessible.  The work is stabilizing the mind and connecting the mind to the body while being in a bit of a precarious position.  To make inversions more accessible Marysia will have you practice the alignment in standing poses and other postures that are more familiar.  Once your body becomes well acquainted with the appropriate muscular contractions we then take it upside down into a flying flow.  During the flow analysis is set aside and we practice trusting ourselves.  Work hard, play hard, rest.
