At some point in life we might question where we are and who we are, and perhaps try to plan a path toward an ideal based on this idea. Truthfulness is not about claiming absolute truths, but is rather a process of continuous self-evaluation. Therefore, honesty with ourselves requires us to create space and stillness, in order to “listen” carefully. When we react instantly to situations we’re often acting from a place of fear and conditioning. How often do we question the prejudices through which we review others and the world? Have we ever stopped and observed carefully the gap between our opinions and reality?

What can your body do that your mind tells you cannot? Are your fears bigger than your possibilities? Look for what you see and feel rather than what you might. Listen to your breath, and you will notice how, like in a mirror, you can observe yourself from the outside. Exercise panoramic awareness, your felt presence is where action begins.
