“You must be shapeless, formless, like water. When you pour water in a cup, it becomes the cup. When you pour water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. When you pour water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can drip and it can crash. Become like water my friend.”
— Bruce Lee

This practice will bring you a strong sense of balance by concatenating a sequence of asymmetrical one standing legs postures. Follow your natural bends and twists, whirls and twirls, but always making your way back to center. Dancing Shivas shift into Warrior poses that move their way about the mat. Detach and fall, not without emotion nor feeling, but in a way in which you are able to let go.
