A session that explores the back of the body, opening up the hamstrings in order to access variations of compass pose, standing, grounded, twisted, until revolved compass, as peak pose. Begin with a shoulder and hamstring opening flow leading into an intelligent use of props to make this challenging set more accessible. Balance the whole thing off with inversions and backbends.
